| Wright gives a full crosstable of 13 players, scores out of 12. Brodie gives total scores for Morrison, Fox, Harvey, Gaudet, and Wilson that are all 1 point higher and out of 13. This is because James William Moncur started as the 14th player, but withdrew after the fourth round. La Patrie of 30 Aug. 1926 (p.7) gives final scores, including Moncur, who forfeited most of his games, however. I do not include Moncur's results because I do not know which opponents he played in the first four rounds. Wright gives start date of 21 Aug. 1926, but Michael Kühl tells me that the first round was played on 22 Aug. 1926. |
