| Walker says in the 12 Sep. 1847 issue of Bell's Life in London (p.8) that this match had recently taken place and that all the games would appear in Bell's Life. Four games subsequently appear (3-1 for Cadman) and it is made clear (in the 23 Apr. 1848 issue, p.8) that Cadman won the match. So I guess this to be the final score, and that it ended in Sep. 1847. |
