| This result is given in the Quebec Morning Chronicle, which states that it was the only single game played by Lasker in Quebec City. Note that the London Chess Fortnightly of 14 Dec. 1892 (conducted by Lasker) says that he won a single game in Quebec against 'McLeod' (N.M. MacLeod), but the Quebec Morning Chronicle must be considered more reliable here. |
