| Reported in Magyar Sakktörténet, Vol. 1 (p.234) as +5-4=2 for Kemeny; Hilbert argues that it was actually +6-3=2 for Kemeny, saying that the 4th game was printed with players names reversed, as detected by internal references. That game is, then, a win for Kemeny, not a loss. Ironically, in his appendix with a list of Kemeny's matches, Hilbert prints the result as +5-4=2 again. |
