| The Schachzeitung of 1848 (p.305) prints a letter from Bledow dated 7 July 1843, saying that Buckle had an advantage over Cochrane. I use a soft result of 1.5-0.5 to represent this. Cochrane was in England from 1841 to 1843, so I am guessing that these games took place between 1842 and 1843. |
