| The Feb. 1895 issue of the Tijdschrift van den Nederlandschen Schaakbond has a result to date of +5-1=3 for van Lennep on p.70, but then gives the final result of 7.5-2.5 for van Lennep on p.83. I will guess, therefore, that it finished in Feb. 1895, though it may have finished earlier. The May 1895 issue (pp.214-217) has a game from the match dated 10 Dec. 1894. |
