| Harding says that three games were played for a stake on 3 Sept. 1860, and all three are preserved (result +2-1 for Steinitz). Two more games were played the next day, but the second was not finished and no stake was mentioned. Nevertheless, like Di Felice, I will group this additional win by Jenay with the other three for a total result of +2-2. |
