| Gaige, in Chess Tournament Crosstables, gives 'Vinaver' at Reval (Tallinn) 1903, and in a footnote gives 'Simon Winawer?'. Di Felice identifies the player at Reval (Tallinn) 1903 as 'Winawer, Szymon Abramowicz', but there were other players named Winawer (many brothers of Szymon), and I doubt that it was Szymon at Reval (Tallinn). |
