Notes:
The crosstable for this event and Zaandam 1909 are identical as given both by Gaige and Di Felice, and in both books one immediately follows the other. This raises the suspicion that they might have been confused with each other, but these are small enough events that identical crosstables are perhaps not so unlikely. Gaige and Di Felice indicate that Hoeck won the play-off, but do not give a score, so I assume it was 1-0.
