| Richter defaulted to Dr. Laboschin. McGowan also mentions in his biography of Richter that Hornig withdrew after playing only one game. I now have (from McGowan) a copy of the page from B. Koch's notebook, making it clear that Hornig's one game was a loss to B. Koch, which was cancelled from the official score, but which I include that now for rating. |
