Donaldson and Minev give a complete crosstable (apart from a few unknown game results), but for most players don't specify the odds class. Clearly, Salwe and Rubinstein must have been in the first class, as likely was Chaim Janowsky (as suggested by Walter Chan, on the basis that he won the Lodz Championship in 1899). Donalson and Minev indicate that Dylien and Chojnacki were in the 3rd class, receiving odds of Pawn and Two Moves from the first class. |
