| Only partial results available. This was a 15-player single-round all-play-all tournament. Rafael Santana's web page gives an incomplete crosstable. The final scores of the top three are given in La Stratégie of 15 Dec. 1896 (p.403), which allow us to fill in more crosstable results for Ruiz and Perret (they must have won all their remaining games). This allows us to determine the final score of one other player, F. Hernandez, whose only games missing in Santana's crosstable were those against Ruiz and Perret. Santana gives names of all the other 11 competitors. |
