Notes: |
Reichhelm's scores are inconsistent (total of points won = 72.5; but total of points lost = 71.5). If one player's score is half a point too high, then the results would make sense, but we have no idea which player. Furthermore 6 games appear not to have been played and we know who and how many games but not which pairings exactly. This information is not enough to pin down exactly what happened but is close enough that if we make a few guesses, we will not be making too large an error. I therefore assume that Keys, who played only 9 out of 12 games, should have score 5-4, rather than 5.5-3.5 as reported, and that the games Chilton-Keys, Mirick-Keys, Sherborne-Keys, Sherborne-Roeske, Mirick-Thomson, and Hopper-Baumann were the six not played. Finally, Maguire beat Baxter and Stout in the playoff, but we don't know the exact scores of these, so I have not included them. |
