Event data |
Name: German Team Championship Final, Sachsen - Bayern |
Place: Wiesbaden |
Start date: 28 Aug. 1934 |
End date: 28 Aug. 1934 |
|
Notes: |
The Deutsche Schachzeitung of Sep. 1934 (p.259) has Mross here on last board for Sachsen, instead of Ullrich. Mross played last board for the Berlin team, and in fact was busy playing Kranki of Niederelbien at the same time as this match, so I presume it was actually Ullrich who played here, as would be expected. I am not sure whether it was Bruno Ullrich or Herbert Ullrich at this event, or even another Ullrich. I am guessing that the player named 'Otto' here was distinct from the Bavarian August Otto. |
