| A result of +2-0=1 for Hanstein over Mayet is given in the Feb.-Mar. 1848 issue of the Schachzeitung (p.95) and the Mar. 1848 issue of the Chess Player's Chronicle (v.9, p.66) as having taken place either at the end of 1847 or early in 1848, but I do not know whether this is included in the score of +12-5=1 given by Feenstra Kuiper and Di Felice, or whether it was a separate encounter. |
