Event table notes

Event data
Place: New York
Start date: 28 Nov. 1857
End date: 30 Nov. 1857

Notes:
Di Felice gives the date as Nov. 1857. Lawson (p.79) gives 28-30 Nov. 1857. Sarah's Stanley web page gives +4-1 for Morphy, as does C.A. Buck (also quoted at Sarah's Morphy website, and mentioned in Spinrad's article on Buck) and Spinrad erroneously attributes this score to Hooper and Whyld; all other sources I've seen give +4-0=1.
