| This is a soft result. Dubois only says that when Topi played a series of games against Bianchi, the outcome was equal. In 1886 (Nuova Rivista degli Scacchi) and 1900 (Rivista Scacchistica Italiana) he gives dates 1820 or 1821. In 1864 (Nuova Rivista degli Scacchi) he gives dates 1821 or 1822. I will record this as a soft 3-3 result, and assign it to 1821. |
