| The Columbia Chess Chronicle of 24 Mar. 1888 gives +5-2 for Mackenzie, but the issue of 17 Jan. 1889 gives +5-2=1 for Mackenzie, as does La Revista de Ajedrez of 1 Jan. 1889 and El Sport of 8 Mar. 1888 (p.2). Zavatarelli, in the Quarterly for Chess History, has the correct game results, but an incorrect total score for Golmayo. |
