The article by Roberto Pagura gives birth and death dates '1880-1940 aprox.'. It also gives both 'Berasain' and 'Berasian' as surname. Revista del Club Argentino de Ajedrez has in volume 1 (pp.22-23) 'José Berasain', but in volume 3 we find 'A.F. Berazain' (p.104), 'J.F. Berazain' (p.110), and 'F. Berazain' (pp.139,140), and in volume 5, we find 'J.F. Berasain' (p.56).
