| Di Felice has 'Romanovsky, Pyotr Arsenievich' in this event; Gaige has only 'Romanovski'; an article by P.P. Saburov in the Weiner Schachzeitung of Nov.-Dec. 1911 (p.345), however, has 'A. Romanowski'. Evtifeev was originally the fourth player, and he played the first two games, after which he was replaced by Helbach. It is not reported which opponents Evtifeev played nor the result of those games. So I will attribute them to Helbach as in the official score, though this is not quite accurate. |
