Event table notes

Event data
Name: Maccabi Quadrangular Tournament
Place: Antwerp
Start date: 3 June 1924
End date: 15 July 1924

Notes:
Gaige has '[J.] Dunkelblum' here, while Di Felice has 'Dunkelblum, J.'. Verhulst guesses that it was Arthur Dunkelblum. Philip Jurgens has done some research suggesting that Josef Dunkelblum (born 1866) was Arthur's uncle, and that he only arrived in Belgium on 20 Aug. 1924, too late to have been in this tournament, while Arthur Dunkelblum had already played (and come third) in the Belgian Championship in Antwerp in 1922. Although the identification is not completely certain, this makes a strong case that it was Arthur Dunkelblum in this event.
