One game per pairing in these weekly tournaments, as explained by Delannoy (La Régence, 1849, p.106). There is no indication as to why the 67th Café de la Régence tournament is missing from the reported results in La Régence. The continuity of dates suggests that the 68th and 69th followed directly after the 65th and 66th, and therefore that the number 67 was simply omitted. Perhaps it was realized that the tournament of 21 July 1850 had been missed in the numbering so that the events since then were renumbered, making this the 68th, not the 67th tournament?
