Event table notes

Event data
Name: 3nd Kent County Chess Association Congress - Section II
Place: Folkestone
Start date: 27 May 1901
End date: 30 May 1901

Notes:
Gaige has 'W. Ward' and Di Felice has 'Ward, William' at this event, but the British Chess Magazine (1905, p.291) actually has 'H. Ward'. Gaige and Di Felice say that Blake beat Tattersall in a play-off but do not give the play-off score. I assume it to be 1-0 as the simplest possibility.
