Biographical data |
Name: Jefferson, Bradford B. |
Also known as: B.B. Jefferson, Sr. |
Born: 8 July 1874 |
Died: 14 May 1963 |
|
Notes: |
Gaige in Chess Personalia has 'Jefferson [Sr.], B[radford] B.' so presumably the first name is uncertain. There was also a Jefferson, who was champion of Tennesee in 1884 (according to the History of the Mechanics Institute Chess Room web site), but that could not have been the same person, because B.B. Jefferson was only born in 1874. |
