End date: 19 Aug. 1913 |

Notes: |
The crosstables in Gaige and Di Felice indicate that Beihoff and Stapfer defaulted all their games, but primary sources (information from Paul Brown) show that Stapfer lost to Chajes before withdrawing and Beihoff drew Beynon and lost to Marder, Phillips, Bernstein and Capablanca before withdrawing. These results were nullified in the official scores, but are included here for rating purposes. Gaige has 'Tenenwurzel, I.' at this event; Di Felice has 'Tennenwurzel, Edward', who also appears in Gaige's Chess Personalia. I am guessing that they are the same person. |
