Notes: |
The scores given by Pilpel and those given in the Wiener Schachzeitung differ. The Wiener Schachzeitung gives Porath (Foerder) 6.5, Winz 5.5, and Weil 4, while Pilpel gives Porath 7, Winz 5, and Weil 4.5. The scores given by the Wiener Schachzeitung add to 54.5 instead of the necessary 55 for an 11-player, single-round all-play-all tournament, while those given by Pilpel work out correctly, so I adopt the latter. Pilpel does not give the scores of the 10th and 11th place players, but note that they scored nothing against any of the players above them. The Wiener Schachzeitung has their scores. |
