Notes:
Gaige gives his middle name as 'Lionel', presumably from the British Chess Magazine. Steve Mann, has found a number of original sources (birth registration; newspaper account of marriage) giving 'Leonard' as his middle name, which I presume to be correct. Di Felice has Julius Wahltuch at Craigside 1899. Gaige has V. Wahltuch.
