Biographical data
Name: Trelawny, John Salusbury
Born:
Died:

Notes:
Sources vary between 'Trelawney' and 'Trelawny', but Tim Harding tells me (personal communication) that the latter is correct. In fact, his name seems actually to have been 'John Salusbury-Trelawny' but his surname in the chess sources I have seen is never given in the double-barrelled form.
