The Philidorian and Le Palamède give 'Erhman' or 'Erhmann'. The Chess Player of 14 Aug. 1852 (p.9) gives 'Eherenman, of Strasburg', who I presume to be the same player. Sissa of Nov. 1855 (p.343) has 'Ehrmon', and Sissa of Dec. 1855 (p.360) has 'Ehrman'.
