Biographical data Name: Lécrivain, Louis Siméon   Born: 1798 Died: 1860   Notes: First names provided by Dominique Thimognier. Since he signed himself 'S. Lécrivain' in Le Palamède, I presume he used his second name preferentially. His death is reported in the July 1860 issue of La (Nouvelle) Régence (p.221), so he probably died in June.
