Smith at Hastings 1895; the British Chess Magazine (1895, p.373) has 'Dr S.F. Smith' (as reported to me by Edward Winter in correspondence); Di Felice has Stephen Francis Smith. The Daily News of 22 Oct. 1894 (p.3) has 'Dr. F.S. Smith' in error.
