Notes:
Golombek gives birth year 1814, as do Hooper and Whyld in their 1st edition, but correct it to 1815 in their 2nd edition. Gaige gives birth date 22-12-1815. Sergeant says he was 82 when he died on 6 June 1896, but according to Gaige's birth date, he died at age 80. The Era of 20 Jul. 1862 (p.5) has 'W. Wyvill', corrected in the 27 Jul. 1862 issue (p.5).
