Notes:
Bell's Life in London (16 May 1847, p.6) mentions a 'Mr Skipworth' in 1847, but this might be A.B. Skipworth (about age 17 at the time), H.G. Skipworth (who was older), or another. Gaige gives date of birth as 06-1830. Steve Mann gives date of birth as 1830, but gives an exact date of baptism, 30-06-1830. So the birth month may not be certain.
